Nuriye and Semih have been on hunger strike for over 180 days in protest at being dismissed from their teaching posts. Their struggle has come to represent that of millions who have been purged following last year’s military coup in Turkey. At this critical juncture, friends from our community invite you to join us in an evening of solidarity with them.
